SHARING OUR EXPERTISE WITH LIBRARIES

We have designed a toolkit and a range of digital resources to support libraries in programming their own gigs and delivering digital activities for young people.

Get It Loud In Libraries have many years of experience of putting on gigs in libraries and cultural venues up and down the country, this toolkit and supporting resources passes on our teams knowledge and expertise direct to you. It includes step-by-step guides, templates, demonstration videos, session plans and much more.

Access to the toolkit is granted to libraries who are part of our core programme and those who are licensed to use our materials as part of our Get It Loud In Libraries indie programme.

To view and download items from the toolkit, click on the links below and type in the passwords provided to you by the Get It Loud In Libraries team. And whilst you’re here, check out what hosting one of our gigs is like by watching ‘A Day in the Life of Get It Loud In Libraries.’

Hear from our founder, Stewart Parsons, about the work we do and what it takes to run a library gig, from loading in the kit before soundcheck to shutting the doors at the end of a brilliant show.
